Kate Hill Elected to NRHA Board of Trustees

February 2021, Spring House, Pennsylvania – Kate Hill, Vice President of the Clinic Division at The Compliance Team (TCT), has been elected to the National Rural Health Association’s Board of Trustees. Hill was elected by her peers to hold this multi-year post. Their confidence in her underscores Hill’s commitment to the rural health community.

The National Rural Health Association (NRHA) is a national nonprofit membership organization that works to improve the health and well-being of rural Americans and provides leadership on rural health issues. With over 21,000 members, NRHA has become the voice of rural health care.

“This is a well-deserved distinction for Kate; she is a true champion and advocate for the rural health community,” praised TCT Founder and CEO Sandra Canally. “From her tireless effort to the numerous speaking engagements and training sessions she conducts annually, Kate is widely recognized as one of the foremost authorities across the country.”

Kate Hill’s commitment to serve began early on with her 4-year career as an army nurse. She joined The Compliance Team in 2012 to direct TCT’s rural health clinic accreditation program and has tirelessly dedicated her time and energy to the overall mission and purpose of rural healthcare. Hill is responsible for leading the TCT Rural Health Clinic Team and supporting providers across the country with procuring their accreditation. Her clinical expertise, depth of rural health practices, and passion for delivery of the best care possible to every patient has led to numerous speaking engagements on the national, regional, and state level.

“I have spent the last 9 years working with some of the most amazing people in rural healthcare,” explained Hill. “It is both my honor and privilege to serve on the NRHA Board. To be elected by my peers really says it all.”

In addition to her new position with NRHA, Hill also serves on the board of the National Association of Rural Health Clinics.
