Patient Quality Measurement

Within any healthcare organization, patient satisfaction surveys are critical for obtaining meaningful feedback to help identify areas in need of improvement. The Compliance Team created its own database, the Patient Quality Measurement™ (PQM) Satisfaction Portal, over 21 years ago and offers it to all Exemplary Providers, at no additional fee. When you use our service, you will benchmark your patient care services and practices against thousands of other provider surveys in our database. We currently have over two million HIPAA-compliant questionnaire results.

In the past, business owners had to log into our website and manually enter patient satisfaction data. Now, The Compliance Team offers two new features that make patient satisfaction surveys easier for both the patient/client AND the business, clinic, or pharmacy. The Patient Survey Invite Emails allows you to send a time-sensitive email to your patients.  The Patient Survey Kiosk options lets you set up an on-site customer area in your office, so that patients can easily enter their satisfaction data at time of service. In both options, the data is automatically saved to our database. In all cases, you can run customized Excel-formatted reports of the data.

If you are not currently using The Compliance Team’s Patient Quality Measurement tool, please contact us so we can help you get started. Email rdunning@thecomplianceteam.org or call 215-654-9110.

“I want to personally thank you for helping me improve the care provided at my facilities. Starting the PCMH certification process has changed the environment of my two rural health clinics. We have only been on our PCMH journey for a month and a half now, but the enthusiasm and sense of providing better care is unbelievable. . . Also, since we started using the automated survey link, we have sent 668 links (in one month) and received 70 back, which is a 10.48% return. When we were completing surveys by hand, the most we ever got back in a single month was 5! This means we have had a 1300% increase in the number of surveys that have been returned to us. Thanks for all the help!

We would not have every started this journey of improvement had it not been for you.“ ~ Brandon Dees, RN, NLI Fellow, Director of Rural Health Services, Hardtner Medical Center, Olia, LA
