December 2023

Message from our CEO

Sandra Canally, Founder, CEO, The Compliance TeamAs we approach 2024 and our 30th year in business, we are thankful and proud to have provided more than 10,000 pharmacies, clinics, DME providers, physician offices, critical access hospitals, and health departments with the structure and accountability they need to adapt and meet ongoing changes in healthcare delivery.

It’s due to our ongoing efforts to stay up to date and ready to respond —to patients, payers, legal and regulatory requirements, employers, and colleagues—that The Compliance Team has always been responsive, and as such, enjoys the notoriety in the industry of being a company of firsts.

Our mission, “every patient deserves exemplary care,” has always guided our forward thinking strategies and is the cornerstone of each of our 30 plus distinct accreditation and certification programs.

Our team remains focused on continuous quality improvements so that we can help more providers achieve operational excellence through our Exemplary Provider® accreditation programs in the new year.
Sandra Canally, RN, Founder and CEO
