The Compliance Team Accreditation Surveys
We have been, and will continue, to conduct physical on-sites for all initial and most renewals.
There are some circumstances that may allow for a renewal survey to be conducted as a Real Time Remote™ survey; however, these are authorized on an individual consideration basis. You will be notified and requested to upload documents via our client portal should this be the case.
In addition to contacting us regarding any significant changes to your business, such as change of location or ownership, it is essential to contact us if:
- Your staff is experiencing a Covid-19 outbreak
- Your business hours have changed and/or staff are working remotely
It is the responsibility of the supplier to ensure that we are made aware, in a timely way, of any changes that may affect our ability to conduct the survey. If a survey cannot be completed when we are on-site, travel charges, plus additional survey charges to come back out, will apply.
Please bear in mind that our surveys must be conducted on an unannounced basis, so, during posted business hours, it is important to have staff familiar with the accreditation process and documentation requirements.
National Supplier Clearinghouse (NSC) Surveys
The NSC is conducting physical surveys to validate compliance with the CMS 30 Supplier Standards and has posted updated information regarding surveys on their website (www.palmettogba.com/nsc).
