Spring House, PA – The Compliance Team (TCT), a nationally recognized accreditation organization, is pleased to welcome our newest addition Kristen Ogden, RN.
Brought to the team as Director Quality Improvement for the Clinic Division, Kristen joins from Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) in Gravette, Arkansas which also has 12 Rural Health Clinics in Southwest Missouri.
Kristen has held many titles and duties over the last 15 years with OCH including hospital nursing and clinic positions, and her extensive background will add immense value to TCT. More importantly, our many customers in the Rural Health community will benefit from her experience on providing quality care and her knowledge of performance improvement through compliance and accreditation. Kristen was raised in the small rural community of Walnut Grove, MO, and is passionate about making changes to impact access to care and barriers to healthcare resources.
